From November 6 to 8, 2024, the World Architecture Festival (WAF) took place at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore. Designed by Zhu Peidong, co-founder and principal architect of line+, the "Woven Passage to Cloudy Peaks" was shortlisted in the Transport - Completed Buildings category at WAF2024, competing alongside renowned international firms such as Zaha Hadid Architects, KPF, and Daniel Statham Studio. Following intense on-site presentations and evaluations, the project stood out and received the prestigious Highly Commended award.
The 2024 WAF featured 395 shortlisted projects undergoing live evaluations, culminating in 69 award-winning entries. Among these, only five were from Chinese architectural firms. As one of the five winners, line+ showcased the innovative strength of Chinese design on this globally renowned stage.
